Deep-Sea Voyage Studies Climate Change, Discovers New Species

A team of Caltech scientists recently completed a month-long voyage to the Tasman Fracture Commonwealth Marine Reserve.  The team was using the submersible Jason to investigate recent and long-term climate change by studying deep-sea corals.  Several new species were also discovered.
